What is CrossFit?
CrossFit workouts at Trident Athletics are constantly varied and include elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity. We do not subscribe to randomness in exercise routines. Instead, we carefully structure our program based on exercise physiology that we KNOW will deliver results.
What exactly does it take to see results? All you need to do is show up, follow your coach’s instructions through the hour-long workouts, and the results will come. Plus, you’ll meet some awesome, supportive people along the way. It’s no wonder it’s the most effective workout regimen out there. CrossFit at Trident Athletics is something that must be experienced to be truly understood.
CrossFit Can be Effective for Everyone!
One of the BIGGEST misconceptions about CrossFit is that you need to be in shape to do the workouts. You don’t have to be an elite athlete to start CrossFit at Trident Athletics! Our program is scalable to your fitness level no matter how “out of shape” you feel. We have members of all ages and every fitness level- from elite Special Operations soldiers and law enforcement to those who have never worked out a day in their life. We work with clients individually to establish realistic goals and adjust workouts to match current fitness levels.
