 **ALL CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES. We incorporate mobility at the beginning and end of each CrossFit class.

**Lifting Platforms are open from 3pm-7pm daily. See Zach for program details! **Childcare is offered during the Noon WOD Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

ON-RAMP BEGINNERS CrossFit classes are every 2-3 weeks. See Upcoming Events!
