Dana is an avid CrossFitter with a background in strength training stemming from his time in the military. Having found CrossFit at Trident through rehabbing from an injury, Dana values the universal scalability of Trident’s programs that makes elite training accessible to individuals of all fitness levels.
Dana served over 8 years in the Army, during which time he was in charge of his unit’s Army Body Composition Program. He worked with individuals on both physical training and nutrition programs geared towards improving body composition and maintaining physical fitness standards. Dana takes his clients’ fitness personal and leads by example. His passion for helping people led him to begin coaching at Trident in 2012.
Dana believes in progression through patience mixed with hard work. He is continually seeking further education and experience in all realms of health and fitness. He holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certification and has completed the Gymnastic Bodies Seminar with renowned coach Christopher Sommer. Dana is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology.
