Trident Athletics will host our first ladies group fat loss workout series. This won’t be your typical “fat loss bootcamp” it is specifically designed for women’s bodies. Trident Athletics will use several methods to acheive dramatic body composition changes - BioSignature Modulation, Structural Balance, targeted energy system training for women to name a few. Men and Women have very different approaches for fat loss. Different hormonal output and amount of muscle mass as a percentage of bodyweight. This 6 week female fat loss training program is “” to get rid of the fat in the stubborn areas while defining the muscles you already have.
We guarantee dramatic results and we will do so without running, rowing, treadmills. Get rid of the idea of doing cardio, cardio is what is making you fat. The Trident Athletics program won’t do a single cardio session and you’ll look leaner, be stronger, and feel amazing. PERIOD. The results you see from our nutrition program, targeted supplementation, and training are going to be incredible. Simply because we are not going to be guessing as many others do. We will be measuring lean mass day one and basing your custom nutrition and supplement program based off what your BioSignature profile tells us. We start with a BioSignature Profile because you ablsoutely must know your correct lean mass and fat mass to start. The 12 site measurement is the gold standard in body composition testing not to mention it will let us in on what is limiting your fat loss. Where you store the fat is just as important as how much you have. Once we have an accurate assessment we can make a plan that will work for you(not her, YOU).
Our program will run for 6 weeks and we will meet 5 times a week. Phase 1 June 11th – 30th; Rest week July 1st – 8th; Phase 2 July 9th – 28th We require 100% attendance and ladies…your going to train hard. Be ready.
