Hunger Games WOD

Hunger Games Workout! The great thing about the Hunger Games is the characters perform very functional movements - strength, agility, climbing and archery. We’ll be incorporating all of these in a 1 hour workout to the movie’s soundtrack
Train Like a TributeEveryone at the workouts on April 12. You can feel as strong as Katniss Everdeen as they do the series of exercises. Here are a few examples of what we’ll be doing next week.
Strength: Train your strength with some of the exercises in the movie like throwing, lifting and dragging odd objects.
Agility: Simulate jumping over trees and fire with some box gums, hurdles and other agility exercises.
Climbing: We have a ton of differ ways to climb our ropes, from beginner to advanced.
Archery: Although we won't be shooting real arrows we will have a great way for you to test you aim.
