A 6 week periodized program based around increasing functional hypertrophy while increasing strength and power. We will meet 5 times a week and focus on improving 4 main lifts; the full depth squat, weight chin ups, deadlift, and press. We will also perform other lifts to keep all aspect of structural balance.
